Lila

This is my first post about Lila. She is 9 months now. I can't believe how time flies. Lila is finally almost fully recovered from her surgery. She was born with a cleft pallette and just had her surgery to close it. The surgery was completely successfull and her mouth looks awesome. Thankfully, all of the work was on the inside of her mouth and she should be completely normal from here on out.

She is the most wonderful and sweet baby, truely. We are blessed with an easy one pulling up the rear of our little family.

I was wondering why I couldn't get to your blog. You changed your address! Anyways, first off love the disco costumes. I am totally digging your wig!! And your daughter is beautiful. I am so glad that her surgery went well. Those times can be so scary and we feel so blessed when everything is done and over with. Crew had eye surgery at 11 months and it really is so scary handing your baby over to the medical staff knowing that their safty is in the doctors care and gods hands!

Brianne, I am so sorry to hear about your Mom. I can not even imagine how hard this is for you.
I got so emotional reading your first post, ok so I was really teary eyed.
I am glad that you had such a strong support group. I hope each day gets a little better, I know I can not even say anything to ease the pain. I wish the best.
I am so excited you started a blog! Your daughter is beautiful just like you of course. Surgery that young would be so trying, I am so glad it all went well. 4 kids you are amazing. I am sure your Mom is so proud of you.
I also love the Disco outfitts, what a fun party you guys had I saw it posted on Shannon and Guy's blog awhile back, ya I was already spying on you and you did not even know it.
Well get posting some pictures of all the other kids, I can not wait to see them all.
So I think I wrote enough, sorry.

Brianne I had no idea she had that. I feel like I have been so out of it with everything. I'm so glad everything went well. She is darling by the way. I think the only time I saw her she was just little! I feel really bad about your mom and not knowing anything. Guy told me that Heidi had told him that your mom was sick, but I had no idea she had passed away until I read through your blog. I hope you are doing OK and if you ever need anything let me know. Guys mom remarried a guy last year and his wife passed away from that same kind of cancer. I am so sorry that you had to go through that, I know you were so close to her. Best wishes.
